Jiangchuan Liu

Jiangchuan Liu is a Full Professor (with University Professorship) in the School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and the Canadian Academy of Engineering, he leads SalmonVision’s research in artificial intelligence and computing systems. His expertise encompasses distributed sensing, multimedia systems, satellite communications, and scalable technologies for ecological monitoring.
